  Called to place order for delivery was on hold for 5 minutes. Lady that took my order was very rude. Ask to speak to her boss said she was the boss. What happened was i told her I needed it to be delivered to Midway Budget host. I 70 Exit 121 and the room number. That is the only motel there and can be seen very good when you get off exit. She asked for physical address told her I didn't know i I told her it off I 70 exit 121. She became really rude and Stated to me once I figure out the address to call her back. Once I did Called back she answered phone gave her the information she wanted once I gave it to her still rude and took my order. Never had that issue with any other Domino's in Columbia Missouri. Called back after I placed order because it was close to be delivered to make sure I gave them the correct phone number because I gave them another number to call if they got lost or call when close. The gentleman that answered phone. Said I gave right number. I explained what the lady did when I placed order he said they were busy and short on help is why she was rude and act like it was OK for to do that. Neither employee said their name when answered phone other Domino's i have called have been nice and said their name and ask what can I make for and say thank you for your order

  At 8pm I placed an order for 2 medium pizzas with pepperoni and sausage and pepperoni sausage olives and mushrooms. Atn9:15pm I called store said they already left with it. Im 8 minutes away from said store. I finally got the pizzas around 9:48 pm. The pizzas are cold and very over cooked. This is my go to Dominoes but I assure you I won't be going back. Get it together, geez!! If your short handed hire some people. Don't say on the app it will be delivered at a certain time and you dont get it until an n our and a half later... Sincerely a very pist off customer...

  Check your pizza before leaving. I was given the wrong pizza. And didn't see it until I got home. It's baffling why they don't have some label with the customer's name on the box to prevent this from happening (like Papa John's does). I won't be coming back here.
