  They were going to get a cash tip when I met them at the door… But the driver, Forrest, chose to ignore the delivery instructions and left it on the porch. Not to mention he took 30+ mins on a 3 mile drive. Also, the store did not get the crust right on one of my pizzas.

  Full transparency... I had a coupon for a free medium pizza. I ordered a pan pizza with extra sauce, extra pepperoni and extra cheese. The total was not enough for delivery so I ordered other items to go with it. Delivery and timing was excellent. The pizza crust was so soggy that it fell apart. The cheese in the middle was not melted. I called to report and was offered a replacement. I was informed that all the extra ingredients caused this issue. I was unaware of that. So they said they would send a replacement with less "ingredients". The replacement was nearly burnt and too dry to eat. It was like they used no sauce or it burned away in the baking. I'm not an expert on pizza making. This should not have been a problem from the start. I know for the future. I'll buy sauce on the side for dipping and use a different pizza place.
