  Closed before scheduled time stated online. We were in the drive thru maybe 5 minutes before nine. At 9pm after taking the car in front of us order they turn off the lights. Online states that the drive thru closed at 10 pm. After being stuck in line we get to the window about 9:03 pm three people were standing at the window one opened and said they were closed. We just wanted ice cream we watched them hand the car in front of us ice cream but told us they already sprayed their machine. Instead of lying just say that you're closing earlier then normal. We have gotten ice cream at this location before after 9 am. So just must have been one lazy member of management that day.

  Did not have my mobile order 25 mins past app pick up time, had to leave without my lunch and still charged me?? Then refused to answer when I was unable to come back to pick up the food that was supposed to be ready 30+ mins earlier. Had to call cooperate. This has happened once, but I decided since they are the location closest to my job I'd give them another opportunity. Avoid this place they dont honor their app and will attempt to steal from you.

  Drive thru is often busy and lobby closes early. But. Service and food is worth the wait.
