    The mens rest room urinal is a hazard. I was there this morning. There is white mold fungus growing on the urinal pad, and the smell in there was so bad, I was fighting not to throw up. Need to fix asap

    They were so busy. They could only take cash at the drive thru. My husband went inside to order. All the employees were working frantically to fill orders and were apologizing to their customers for the wait times. Our whoppers were amazing! Puts Sonic to shame! Please give a shout out to all your employees at Business Loop Burger King!

    Food was average and the service itself was good, but the overall atmosphere inside the restaurant felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Several people inside were acting loud and disruptive, which made the dining experience less enjoyable. The staff I interacted with did their job, but the environment didn’t feel very welcoming or clean compared to other locations

    Night crew had great, kind service when we went. We were missing our chicken fries (we had a large order) and when we went back to the store someone was on break outside, saw that we had an issue and asked us if he could help us. Then as he went back in to get it another employee also asked if she could help us. Then he brought us our chicken fries and gave us extra for the hassle. Awkwardly enough, after that we dropped our fries and he gave us new ones and apologized for the hassle. Awesome service. Very smooth experience.

    After work I’m usually hungry and need to grab some quick food. Always been a fan of McDonalds. Changed my mind after getting turned away from McDonalds multiple times because they’re “only taking DoorDash orders”. They’re lazy and can’t do a simple job. So I hesitantly head over to Burger King. I’m greeted kindly, food is made fresh to order, asked if I’d like a water while I wait for my food, napkins in the bag always. This has been my experience the past few times at Burger King. Consistent! Please give this Burger King a shot. Super awesome service and nice people.
