- JWJesse WalkerApr 13, 20263.0It’s been years since I went to a Buffalo Wild Wings. Had a bad experience years ago and thought maybe I should give them another try. Atmosphere is what you’d expect for a place that has 50 TVs. Server was pleasant even though it was obvious she didn’t want to be there. Food was timely in coming out. Food however was simply awful. For a place that cost $35 for 15 boneless wings, potato wedges and a sweet tea, you’d think it would at least be fresh. “Wings” were hard like they had been under a heat lamp for hours (and I got there at 2PM). Sweet tea was same you could get at a gas station. The only redeeming part of the meal that allows me to call it food were the potato wedges. Overpriced ($5) but at least edible. I don’t know if it’s nostalgia playing tricks on me, or private equity has ruined a once good brand, but either way this will be the last time.
