  Stopped to grab some lunch and the manager checked me out at the register. He was kind and helpful. A random woman came in and started acting a fool. He handled it with grace and zero tolerance for her disrespecting his employees and himself. She was childish and then tried to play the victim when she was clearly in the wrong after yelling at his employees because she wasn’t getting the attention she wanted. Just wanted to leave a review and give him the props he deserved for handling it and keeping the environment safe and did it respectfully.

  So many crew in this branch and yet it took me about 30 minutes to get my order. They need a manager to supervise those staffs that are not doing anything , but talk with each other. Never will I order here again.

  Brutally disappointed. Took forever. The girl at the window was nice. The food...tried the cheesesteak. Tastes bad, not good. The photo made it look like a monster sandwich, seemed like a good deal. But, nope. It was about the size of a small bean burrito.

  I like Arby’s food however, I do only want to spend money on it when it’s fresh and hot. I was about to order from this Arby’s but they said they aren’t making fresh fries so they would not be hot. The reason was because they already made enough and wanted to sell the cold ones before making more. The atmosphere was fine but the two customers who came in had problems with their orders and I was waiting for someone to let me know they were ready for me to order but no one did and they let the two people in front of me lol

  I wanted the pecan chicken sandwich they had non although promotion started. Gave me some tenders in place of it and they were so hard that I didn't wasn't able to get part of them...they seemed way over cooked. I do t remember if my daughter took a photo of them on her phone, I don't live close by so I wasn't able return to the location. I was very disappointed 😞
