    Love the rewards and the sandwiches always hit! Unfortunately, this place fell a little short. I was the only one there and this place needed to good cleaning. Sandwich was delicious as always, but my fries were not hot. This place could be five stars with just a little more effort.

    My friends and I went there on April 26th, 2026. There were only two workers there at around 5pm. I'm not even lying when I say we were in line for 40 minutes. 20 of those minutes was us at the front with no one in front of us. But as long as there were people in drive through, they ignored us and just focused on drive through customers. My friend eventually left and grabbed dinner somewhere else. I eventually went to the drive through since that's who they were prioritizing, and I recieved my food no problem. It appears they could care less about dine in customers, and they aren't staffed properly enough to run the restaurant effectively. The food wasn't worth the wait either. Burnt fries, mediocre macaroni, etc. Just a shame.

    I recently visited Arby’s and had a very pleasant experience while placing my order inside the restaurant. The staff member who assisted me was exceptionally patient, kind, and attentive. He carefully listened to my order and, at the end, repeated everything back clearly and professionally to ensure accuracy. Our sandwiches were expertly prepared and came out perfect. Although some of the exterior signage lights appear to be out, going inside instead of using the drive-thru turned out to be a far better experience. I truly appreciated the professionalism and quality of service during my visit, and I look forward to returning again in the future.
