  My roast beef was great but my fries was very crispy and other fries in in that was curly . Alot was just bits and pieces. And the the floors was very very sticky.

  Went there at 9pm and the were closed even though it says they close at midnight!

  I went in last night and picked up 4 for $10 - they were hot and delicious and I am eating one cold now for breakfast. They did a great job.

  Didn't have the chicken salud so he offered to give me something else so I took the chicken fingers but I couldn't eat then they were harder then a rock over cooked and still didn't look fully cooked inside for some reason, I took a bite and told my daughter to try one but she said omg it's harder then a rock also. She said dont eat them. I had to stop in Jefferson city and got chicken from another place because it was the 1st stop because i was getti g sick from not eating all day. Since i had surgery earlier and got up at 5 am i hadnt eated I was pretty disappointed spen 20 dollars between Arby's and the next place just to eat! I live 4 hrs away so we couldn't go back to exchange it..but the staff was excellent went through the drive thru..manager did try! Or I would of given 5 stars

  Update: I changed my review from 1 star to 4. The establishment greeted my husband immediately when he came in to get a refund. They elaborated on the issue, and took absolute care of him in the process. They went above and beyond to rectify the situation Online says they close at midnight. Arrived to pick up my online order at 8pm and told they were closed and to request a refund tomorrow.
