  Didn't have the chicken salud so he offered to give me something else so I took the chicken fingers but I couldn't eat then they were harder then a rock over cooked and still didn't look fully cooked inside for some reason, I took a bite and told my daughter to try one but she said omg it's harder then a rock also. She said dont eat them. I had to stop in Jefferson city and got chicken from another place because it was the 1st stop because i was getti g sick from not eating all day. Since i had surgery earlier and got up at 5 am i hadnt eated I was pretty disappointed spen 20 dollars between Arby's and the next place just to eat! I live 4 hrs away so we couldn't go back to exchange it..but the staff was excellent went through the drive thru..manager did try! Or I would of given 5 stars

  Update: I changed my review from 1 star to 4. The establishment greeted my husband immediately when he came in to get a refund. They elaborated on the issue, and took absolute care of him in the process. They went above and beyond to rectify the situation Online says they close at midnight. Arrived to pick up my online order at 8pm and told they were closed and to request a refund tomorrow.

  Had an online order for pick-up at 9:40 PM on Sunday. Arrived and the store was closed (even tho it said it was open). Still had it charged to my card tho. Tried to call the store on Monday afternoon, but no one would pick up. Would not use the app, currently going through the refund process with corporate.

  Food looks old and does not really taste fresh at all, the service is only 2 stars because some that said they were from the Jeff City location and they were really fast, but the other's looked like they took there time. Everything about that store doesn't look good, only time it does when the Jeff City staff cleans it.

  It always has great service, but they're constantly out of things. Today being curly fries, the other day being buns, and majority of sides, it's just always something. But the service has never failed me.
