  (THIS IS FOR CLARK LANE Location ) I will get names for now on!! shout out to the guy with the BIG smile having his wisdom teeth pulled. I has been in a mess of traffic and see him made me smile. then I get to the end to pay and the girl there (that's where I need a Name ) 8/19 1:35pm. BEST customer service she engaged with me and helped another customer without making me feel ignored. You GO Girl!!!

  I ordered two medium coffees as they had an advertisement for a blondie charm. Paid for both drinks without being told they don’t hand out the charms until 7am. We were there at 6:50am. Even the worker at the front who handed our drinks and we had a conversation with did not mention this until we asked for the charm and she said she couldn’t hand it out. If 7brew is going to advertise for a special deal then maybe they should not put out the signs until 7am. The workers should tell the customer when ordering that they don’t hand out charms until a certain time. I would not have bought two medium drinks if I would have known that it wouldn’t have come with the charm as advertised. That’s poor advertisement and poor service to the customer who is spending money there.

  Just not impressed. Basically just bought flavored milk. The color is totally different than the menu. Couldn’t tell the difference between their coffees and my Matcha.
