    Drive thru was backed up. They where really busy. Placed my order and tried to verify on screen. Screen was clear to quickly. Pulled up to cashier window and was asked if we wanted our receipt. I said no. Pulled up to window and got our order. My mistake I didn't look in the bag. Went to Casey's for a soda. Then got home and noticed we had the wrong order. Drove back to burger King and explained that we got the wrong order. Manager walked away. Then came back and said we got what we ordered. I sId we didn't order this. Girlfriend said can we fix this so manager asked for our change back then gave us our full money back. We are just waiting around for minutes not knowing what's going on. I asked my girlfriend if she paid for the correct order and she said no. So I walked up to counter waited for manager to come over and said we are leaving. Burger King took our order down wrong. Mistake I under stand. After 15 minutes no correct order being made we left. What did the manager think I was trying to do. Get some free food. You couldn't have had the food made up immediately so after you figured out that the order was what we got. But it was taken down wrong. Then we could have payed for the food and had it already made. Instead of hanging around for 15 minutes. If I was manager I would have wanted the customer to be happy and want to come back. I would have delt with this better.

    Would give this place a zero for the way I was treated this morning on 03/29/2026. I pulled in thru the drive thru placed my order which I felt the person taking my order was confused on what I was asking. I ordered a #1 from the breakfast menu and an apple pie. I pulled up paid for the food and waited. I waited a total of 15 min and nothing I honked my hour to see if I could get anyone attention and nothing. Pulled around and walked in because at this point I am over waiting for my food and wanted my money back. I got the African American males attention and told him hey I have already waited 15 min on my food just go ahead and give me my money back. Once I said that he took it to a whole other level and flipped on me. There was a total of maybe 6 people at the restaurant at this time including me and he states, “I am the only one making food give me a damn min.” I told him I have given him 15 already and please can I have my money back. Needless to say he escalated the issue even more the other people in restaurant was telling him there was no need to be talking to me like that. From the time i pulled in the drive thru and then left with my money it was 35 min. The way I was treated was uncalled for.

    Just passing through. Stopped for lunch. We ordered the Whopper Jr meal for 8.29 with extra picked (.15) that should total 8.34. We were charged for each item individually which totaled $11.42. When I questioned them about the $3.08 overcharge I was told I was being rude, and the manager walked away from me, calling me rude.. No refund, no good customer service. Be sure you are being charged what the menu board says. I Won't be back! I strongly suggest you drive on pass also, as you will have a much better day.

    I can only imagine the amount of drive offs. Expect 10-20 minute wait at drive thru. Definitely not considered as fast food according to locals.
