Once the order started, I was informed they run out of the new chicken honey chipolte protein. Then I was informed due to shortage of stuff, they did not make enough veggie mix and there was none. I expressed my disappointment. Finally, I was not only unhappy with my food (lacking a lot), but was charged extra for Guacamole, which I never ordered nor received.

They are always busy so maybe they need help or better management. This is easily the worst Chipotle in St. Louis from a cleanliness standpoint.

He couldn't even carry the food and our building door man had to bring it up to us. I tried calling to check on our food, talked to Patty who also had no idea what was taking so long, she kept trying to get a hold of the store and no one would answer. Was my first catering order and most likely my last from Chipotle.
