  I ordered my pizza online and I didnt check them before I left. When I get home the pizza was not completely cooked, very little toppings and cheese was barely melted. The crust was still very soft.I called customer service they said I could have the pizza remade and I would receive a call from a supervisor. That call never came. Also the worker was In Crocs slip on shoes with purple sweat pants. This is not appropriate attire for food workers. The standards of pizza hut have extremely diminished. I came back and explained the problem I had and they were able to fix it. It was the first time I had gotten pizza that looked like that and I didnt look like that when they remade it. Check your pizza before you leave and bring it to their attention and they will do their best to make it right.

  They were really respectful and I'm happy to go to this pizza Hut. Great manager he was awesome.

  So I stopped ordering Pizza hut over a year ago because Everytime I got it the crust was bland and the pizza was meh for the cost. Well Id been seeing all the ads for the new hut crust and how good it is so I was like okay perfect I'll give them another chance I ordered and Was quoted a 6pm pick up time I get their at 6pm and pay then the employee (who was super nice and definitely did her best) Told me they put too many pizzas in the oven and Mine got Crushed so they would have to remake it (no one thought to call the customer to let them know theirs a delay?) I'm then told They are out of The topping I ordered and asked if I want anything else instead. So here I am being told not only do you have to wait another 30 minutes for your food due to our mistake you also can now not have what you ordered. Normally you think they'd offer a discount or something for my trouble but nope so I told them to give me my money back and I will never Go to Pizza Hut again they had the chance to make a customer out of me again and they absolutely blew it Pizza hut is the closest Pizza restaurant to me and the only one that delivers to my neighbor hood but I would rather drive out of my way then give a company my money when they have proven time and time again that they are the absolute worst pizza chain in America.

  Manger on duty excellent guy a d awesome welcome to the he has 13 children moved her from witches tall ks...just speedy and excellent service i can't member his it might JAMES...REALLY GOOD GUY.....
