Then we get home and our stuffed crust doesn’t have any garlic parm seasoning on it :( very disappointed, it left our pizza very dry and plain. Pizza tasted doughy. First time at this location and most definitely our last time! We called to speak to a supervisor, and we received the Pizza Hut call center. The first supervisor I spoke to was very rude and she was cutting me off and she put me on hold without even telling me. Then I got another supervisor. She was a little bit nicer, and she stated that she would take care of our problem and put in an order to fix our pizza and it will be ready in 15 minutes for pick up at the same location. I get in my car. I drive back up there, when I get to the window, they do not have an order under my name. After doing research, it looks like whoever I spoke to did not fix our order. They had no stuffed crust at this location now. The staff at this point on site was pretty nice and apologized, and gave us a refund of our money back. The worst experience with Pizza Hut ever. My family orders from Pizza Hut multiple times a week for the last few months.
