  They forgot the sauce on both pizzas. How do you forget the sauce on a pizza? There's only 4 ingredients and they forgot 20% of them. At least I got a refund

  Worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to, 3rd time here, and it only gets progressively more miserable upon each visit. This time, I walk in, the order screen says my pizza is ready, and there were 2 Door Dash drivers there before me. The large white lady with multi-colored hair and nose piercing screamed from the back "it's gonna be a minute!" 10 minutes go by, she is back there folding pizza boxes and ignoring both myself and the Door Dash drivers, with whom we were discussing that the restaurant was amply staffed for such delays to be occurring. I spoke up and asked how much longer it was going ro be because the screen said my order was ready? Same girl said "no, it's not ready, it's being prepared now." I questioned that, and asked if their I ternal system was wrong? She couldn't answer, she was just angry that she was at work. I told her to cancel my order then if it's not ready. Kid you not, the o ly time she seemed happy was when she printed me off a cancelation receipt 😂, to which I told her I hadn't even paid yet, and thank God for that! 🤣🤣🤣 Pizza Hut needs to do better and not subject their customer base to people like this, it's absolutely ridiculous, their are better options for employees out there looking to actually work 🙄... OH! Each visit prior when picking up their "Large" pizzas that are supposed to be cut into 8 slices, they have never been cut that way, they ARE THAT LAZY. Each time it was 4 normal size slices for their large pizzas and 2 mutant size slices, such a joke. If you don't want to do both your job and your job right, why bother showing up to work? I hate to say that I hope this location closes down, but I will say that I will absolutely not miss it if it did.

  I waited 20 minutes at the drive thru window for my pizza and I was the only person there in line this is ridiculous man .!! If I order something and I get there I expect the food to be ready
