  We have been to this Sonic 3 times recently. The first time the service was quick and one of there three drinks (placed in the app) was completely wrong. I realized it before we left and they quickly replaced it. Accidents happen. The next time the order was placed in the app and again, one if the three drinks was wrong. I didn't realize it until we were out of town. I called and they promised to send coupons for our next trip. I was satisfied. However, the coupons still have not arrived 3-4 weeks later. Today we waited 20-30 minutes to get two drinks. The kids working were working as fast as they could but were severely under staffed. I didn't leave a review for the first two incidents, but after today's wait and not receiving the promised coupons, I'm upset. Hopefully, management will see this and review the performance of this location.

  Placed an order for a drink and shake through the app. The order was completed and we still hadn't received it after 10 minutes. We had to press the button to get someone's attention again.

  The service sucked took six minutes to even order a drink and then I took additional three minutes to get it out the window so I was in drive-through for about 12 minutes
