  I had a very disappointing experience at Spice Wing today over what should have been a simple pricing issue. This is my community and I spend a lot over here and with this place . I placed an order over the phone for the advertised 10-wing combo with fries and a drink. The special was listed on Instagram for $9.99, and even the website showed it for $10.99. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was told the price was actually $13.99. I politely showed the employee both advertisements and explained that I understood if the Instagram hadn’t been updated, but at the very least, I asked if they could honor the website price of $10.99. I was willing to compromise even though the advertised pricing was still inaccurate. After supposedly contacting the manager, I was told the manager would “rather throw the food away” than honor either advertised price or even meet halfway over a $2–$4 difference. That response honestly shocked me more than the pricing issue itself. As a regular customer whose family spends money here often, it was disappointing to feel like customer loyalty and basic customer service meant absolutely nothing. Instead of finding a reasonable solution, the attitude came across as dismissive and prideful, almost like proving a point mattered more than keeping a customer happy. At the end of the day, mistakes happen. Menus and promotions sometimes aren’t updated. But the way situations are handled says everything about a business. Losing a loyal customer over a couple dollars and refusing to stand behind your advertised pricing is not good business. I chose not to purchase the food and left. Unfortunately, after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering whether I’ll return. I won’t be back.

  Tasty wings, wonderful folks, opens late. Good portions and love the spices -- they were all very tasty. I'll return!! Highly recommend!

  Spice Wing has all the flavor you're missing from your local wing spot. When you're craving something spicy but not just Franks Red Hot, they've got the chezzi: spicy, flavorful, enjoyable - not just heat that will make your nose run. Flavors you'll actually enjoy and want more of with every bite. Citrus chipotle BBQ was killer. BBQ sweet with a hint of citrus. Worth it for sure. Garlic Parm was sub-par. Just mostly butter and some parm. If you want wings and don't want the normal w*ngst*p or buffalo w*ld w*ngs, and you're near a Spice Wing - make the stop.

  Yesterday was my fourth time purchasing spice wing, and the food was a bit different from the first three times. 1. My wings weren’t as saucy as usual, the lack of sauce made my wings taste bland. 2. The portion of the fries were waayyy too small, especially compared to how they usually are/should be. 3. There were no carrots or celery in my boxes like it usually is. Granted, there were different cooks and a different person taking my order, so that could be the reason—but it’s still no excuse. Hopefully my next experience will be better.
