  Terrible service every time we visit. Can’t get anyone to do anything at this place. Sonic should fire everyone and close it down.

  Idk what happened dude takes part of our order it was simple too. Bro stopped talking didn’t tell us the total the order was wrong. 😑 so we pressed the button again. Took 5 mins no answer so yeah we drove off. Why are you making it so hard to take our money bro. I’m going down the street to shake shack now.

  I purchased your new sonic smasher it was great. Went back 4 days later to get another one. This time the burger was not fully cooked, it was like mush I threw it out.

  Could not even get service due to it being only 1 person there which was a manager who did no form of communication. He could have said sorry for the inconvenience we are extremely short staff we can’t open currently at this moment. But no he literally let us sit out there for 10 to 15 mins some others longer. Very rude and unprofessional.

  I pulled up to the drive through speaker at 9:30 pm on a Friday night. It took about 5 minutes before I was even greeted. And then another 10 minutes to get my order of one small peanut butter cheesecake shake. And when it did finally come, it was wrong. So when I asked her to make it again, correctly, she just added cheesecake and blended it again, lost some of the ice cream and just filled the cup with whipped cream. Worst service and food I've ever had from any sonic and I worked at one in high school.
