  Cheeseburger was large, Groovy fries were delicious, water is .70 cents. Watch for Meal deal $7-it includes a drink and a sundae!

  They've removed several of three screens and now none of then are in shade in the afternoon. The person who took my order couldn't hear me well and had to come out to take my order. I've never been a big fan of drive throughs because I feel rushed to make a decision, so Sonic being a drive in is nice to let me take a little more time and order when I'm ready. I understand wanting to accommodate mobile orders, but when you have parking specifically for mobile pickup AND every screen encourages mobile pickup, the app should at least be more consistent.

  2 cars in front of me. Received a cold burger, cold cheesy tots and the Heath Sonic Blast was only vanilla ice cream, there was no Heath Bar in it. And you can’t call to report it because the phone number listed is disconnected. Horrible Job people!

  There were five cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, it took over 20 minutes, my food was cold and the order was not right.

  Sat at the drive-thru speaker for 20 minutes with no assistance other than an employee saying something we couldn’t understand. We asked them to repeat themselves but got no response. After waiting 20 minutes, we finally pulled away, only for them to immediately take the next car’s order.
