I said is that 30min??? She said she can’t say and they are busy.. I said it’s always slow but this is even slower than normal... last time I order from here. She said I’ll give you $2off... that doesn’t help me get the dinner I ordered 2 hours ago. Now it’s 930 and I have yet to even eat dinner. Ridiculous! Maybe hire more drivers???

I ordered online for carryout to get my food quicker than delivery. It said 15 minutes for carryout versus 40-45 minutes for delivery, I walked in after 15 minutes and I quickly realized my pizza hadn't even been started yet. A lady walked in after me who hadn't ordered yet and she got her pizza before me. Explain to me how that is even possible, in the end it was almost the same amount of time as it "would have been for delivery". On top of that the employee who waited on me was short with me almost to the point of rude, just an overall bad experience in the store. Then I get home and my pizza was undercooked the dough was gummy. I simply won't be ordering again from them.
- DCDerek ChevelleMar 6, 20181.0I had to wait 7 extra minutes to get my food FOR CARRYOUT when it was sitting on the rack ready and I was very dissapointed, we go there often but the service at this location has definately declined! We live 3 minutes away and had to wait 50 for delivery on a seperate occasion. Wings were not hot and sauce was very watered down. Try getting food from another pizza company because this one is not good.
