- SCSophia ChenMay 9, 20261.0The employee at the prep window was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. As a loyal McDonald’s customer, I have never felt so poorly treated. Her attitude was hostile, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The only reason this did not turn into an argument was because I chose to keep my composure and act with more respect than I was being given. I believe in treating people with decency, but that respect should go both ways. No customer should ever be treated like this.
