  The man Indian man Shane which he said he is a manager is very rude! And argumentative! I was overcharged for a purchase & he would not compensate instead wanted to argue .. I purchased through the app and not only had to deal with his rude customer service but was also overcharged and had to take it because I was on lunch and had no time to go else where!! I come to this location almost 2-3 times a week & never had to deal with such disrespect! Do better!! I asked for a receipt so I could do the survey and ironically the receipt machine was not printing

  This McDonald's is disgusting I watch them in the back making my food with no gloves on. When the manager asks for the employee to put gloves on they got a attitude and I no longer wanted the food because I was afraid of what they would do to my food. I do not recommend this McDonald's..

  April 18th at 9:41 Am I went through your drive through paid with tap. The gentleman told me I can't get a receipt. I went to the next window. The woman told me I did not pay which I had my own receipt. Because I paid with tap and then she continued to say that I did not pay is that how you guys do business. Your GM and district manager must be very good at hiring people. You're trying to have your customers double pay. When they have a receipt for you pathetic, and it's trying to tell them that they're wrong. Thank you.I will be calling your corporate office

  Try to use a coupon for the app. Don't worry they don't know what they're doing. Just try somewhere else unless you're straight up ordering from the menu they don't know how to do it

  I have been coming to this location for many many years and haven’t encountered problems until this particular night shift with the Indian lady works and she tends to cause problems! She was rude and trying to provoke further issues . I will be contacting corporate. ! McDonald’s need to train their employees perhaps like Chick Fil A with some class.
