  Ordered a quarter pound cheeseburger meal 12:17pm today May 14th 2026 . The cheeseburger was tasteless, the bun was stale ,dry and falling apart. Unfortunately this was the worst sandwich I ever tasted from McDonalds. I called the 618 phone number on the receipt felt like I was wasting my time. Oh by the way this was a drive through order.

  No one speaks English You stand at the counter forever while they just stare at you like they are afraid to help and the food had to be returned twice due to the buns being burned and the fries were old and cold

  The female manager saw me and gave me a dirty look and walked away when i asked for help, she treated me as an inconvenience. The male crew Member heard me and told me to give him a minute and then he helped and was kind to me. Food was adequate but I will not be coming back.

  I likely will not return to this location on Long Rd. in Chesterfield, MO. Ordered online and customized my fish sandwich to have light tartar sauce and to add pickles. What did I receive- heavy tartar and zero pickles. Customized my fries also to have extra salt. What did I receive- undercooked/pale looking fries and minimal salt. Additionally, my customized soft drink was to have no ice- that part they got right however, it was flat- as in lacking the normal amount of carbonation in a soft drink. Aren't there standards to be consistent in these franchises? One expects consistency when choosing a national chain- especially at McDonald's. This location gives McDonald's a very poor reputation. Perhaps St. Louis County Department of Health needs to be alerted to make an unannounced visit.
