  This location has really taken a nosedive over the last few years. They are extremely slow, not friendly, and the food is subpar. Got a spicy chicken sandwich here that tasted raw and rubbery and was only big enough for half the bun.

  I consistently get cold fries here. It is also hit or miss whether the bun will be fresh or chewy and stale. Happy meals are more expensive at this location that the MCD on Clarkson. We come here 2-4 times a month bc it is on the way. I'm tired of the poor food so I am going to the McD on Clarkson instead. Better food quality there.

  Nice and clean, but service was bad! Could have been a language barrier issue on top of the lack of staff out front.

  Really disappointing experience at McDonald’s. Our order was messed up, drinks were missing for three meals, and they didn’t even have ice. What made it worse was the employees didn’t seem bothered at all by the mistakes. There was a clear lack of customer service and attention to detail. Do not recommend.

  The service here is downright terrible. I had a friend pick up food for me, and when he arrived he was told that else had taken my order. Instead of remaking my order, they only got half of it right, and I was missing several items. I tried to call and politely ask for some sort of refund, or even if I could just come back myself to get the few things, but the lady on the phone was disrespectful and then I was hung up on. I called back several times and they did not pick up. I work in the food industry myself and I understand that things get busy, but that’s no excuse to forget the golden rule of treating everyone the way you would want to be treated. And even when the store isn't busy, it’s impossible to get anyones attention about missing items, which I frequently have to deal with. I’m just disappointed at the lack of customer support.
