It was a very pleasant evening. The brookie sundae was good, but either have more ice cream to match the amount of brookie, or take one of the brookies off and charge less. I'd say the latter of the two. Great experience overall and will come back.
- JMJody MilesJun 26, 20264.0I took my granddaughter here for bowling. My first time and not familiar with the process or layout. We stood in line for 20 mins just to get shoes and a lane. There was only employee checking people in. I did not receive any instructions/direction. There's no staff at the bowling games to help so I had to return to the main desk. The line of people was half way to the door and she was the only one to help. I had to go back again when the screen froze. It's was great fun for the 7 yr old. It was miserable for me. There needs to be at least 2 at the main desk and someone at the lanes.

We were right on top of each other before we asked to make a switch. Then, we could not get any service and even then it was lack luster at best. To top this all off it was filled with families who don’t know how to control their children (I blame gentle parenting). So overall this is a place with great potential that only knows how to produce mass disappointment. Believe me or not but this was a very unenjoyable and completely underwhelming experience.

We had 15 kids, ranging from ages 1 to 8, and they helped make the party as relaxed and smooth as a three-year-old’s birthday party can possibly be. Everything was organized, the kids had a great time, and we really appreciated how kind and helpful they were throughout the event. Thank you to Cayla, Lex, and Main Event Chesterfield for making his birthday so special!
- TTTee TeeJun 19, 20262.0This is my 2nd time coming to this specific location; the first was when they first opened this location. Unfortunately, I left feeling the same way I did when I left after the 1st experience: displeased, annoyed, and saying I'm never coming back. Which is annoying because I love the Main Event in Memphis. They were out of spin dip, so I ordered the dip duo. When the dip came out, the queso wasn't hot. When I told the waitress, she took my already eaten queso back to the kitchen to reheat it. The chips, while well seasoned, were stale. In fact, the second order of dip came, and the queso was still cold and the chips stale. It appeared that they were either short-staffed or understaffed because of the weekday. The service was extremely slow, and it was hard to catch her. So that made our food come out super spotty. Most times we went to the bar and ordered, or to the snack stand. I got so tired of complaining, I just shut up and paid. If it had been up to me and I wasn't at a birthday party, I would have gathered my kids and belongings and headed across the highway to 54th Street.
