  It's a lot of fun, with nearly all machines operational and plenty of options for both active and game focused kids and even grown-ups. I wish there was less emphasis on games of chance in the game room, cuz the tokens go too fast, and the skill games are more fun and engaging.

  This is a great location. Lots of new games and activities, and good prizes. Food is pretty good too. We played a new game they had that was having some technical difficulties and Sawyer was extremely nice and helpful throughout the time we were there (and we needed help a few times!).

  “Hi, I wanted to share some feedback about my visit today.Event was organized by my kids swim club.Pizza was served and they mixed one of each cheese and pep,I asked if my kids could have just a slice of cheese pizza, since they don’t eat pepperoni, but was told it wasn’t possible. It felt rude and inflexible. I understand you have rules, but it felt rude to refuse a simple request like giving a slice of cheese pizza. I hope staff can be trained to handle such requests more politely in the future,especially person named Reesee ,very ,very rude .Won’t be back for sure .

  Long lines. Really long lines for anything except the video games. So, be prepared to run around, play video games, gather points and then go stand in another really long line to cash in those points. Our group had four adults and two kids under age 10. The kids wanted to bowl, but we were told that the wait for bowling would be three hours because birthdays have precedence. So, we waited in line to get tickets for laser tag. Then had to stand in another (half hour) line to sign up for the time for laser tag. Then we played laser tag for (5-10?)minutes. After playing laser tag one of the people in our party was looking at other things to do online. When we had looked earlier in the day, it showed nothing was available — I guess because of the birthday parties, but when we walked over to the lanes, we saw half of them empty. So we went back online and luckily we were able to book a lane. Everyone was hungry after that and the restaurant had signs up that said reservation only so we left and went somewhere else to eat. It is either not well organized or not well staffed.

  I had my son's birthday party there and was disappointed to say the least. I spent over $200 and it's not worth it. The food was horrible. The churros were dried and gross, the sliders tasted burned and dry, the fries were cold and chicken nuggets were a little better than McDonald's. The bowling was cool but then I had paid extra for ice cream sundaes and they gave them to us 10 minutes before they were supposed to do laser tag so the kids had to basically inhale them. Laser tag was only 15 minutes long and if I would of known that I would of saved them for the kids. Then they give each kid a card for 2 hours of free gaming which you get no tickets from so that's kind of dumb in itself since a lot of the games are for tickets. The cards wouldn't work so I had to go up and they had to issue new cards. The kids had fun still but even they said the food was horrible. I wouldn't waste my money there ever again
