- SMSam M5 days ago1.0i am always being great fan of chick fil a , i feel its best fast food giving quality product. Today i bought a Egg white grill chicken sandwich and was shocked to see the chicken patty was half eaten/broken (not sure) , never expected this from my local Chesterfield Chick fil a . Order # 330103311 i am sure its very rare to see something like this , but it was not good look.

- JMJJ MacApr 10, 20262.0I really used to like this location but it has gone downhill. Service, food and environment has just seem to have changed for the worse unfortunately. Even the managers seem to not be present in their positions. In the last several visits the orders have been wrong, food has been room temp at best. Salads as well room temp as well as the dressings which is concerning. Bathrooms and dinning areas not picked up tables not cleared and even the parking lot had trash scattered around it. The women’s bathroom literally has the toilet paper container tapped together. I know this is not the Chic Fil A standard. Pretty sad for a location that used to be a favorite of ours for many years!
