  Why does it say it's open until 11:00, but at 10:30 everything is already closed and there's no one around?

  I travel all over the United States...this is my #1 pizza hut ever visited....I've been stopping here for 15yrs and have seen the area change...but food and employees here always A++++ hope to never loose this place.

  I ordered a pepperoni pizza and some wings order wasn't right. Pizza was a supreme, wings wasn't done. When I took it back the lady (Theresa) don't know if she was the manager or not but she was very rude. I told her my order wasn't right her reply was she was the only one there and she wasn't going to redo it or refund our money. I talked to one of the workers he said she should have remade my order or refunded me my money. My Total bill was over $20. I forgot to mention she closed the window on us and went back to doing whatever she was doing

  I placed my call in order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there at the time I was told to be there to find my pizza was not done. I then waited an additional 15 minutes only to get a raw pizza. After a brief altercation with management I was refunded my money entirely and a new pizza was made, so I had to wait another 20 minutes. When I finally got my pizza it was well cooked but it was pepperoni instead of sausage like I ordered in the first place. I was so upset by this time i just left with the wrong kind of pizza. It is pretty bad when you are not charged anything for the pizza and still do not leave a satisfied customer. This was hands down the worst pizza hut experience I have ever had.
