Ok, I don't mind waiting a little. 30 minutes later it was finally ready and when I got home, one of the pizzas were completely wrong, it was supposed to be pepperoni only. The staffed were nice, but seemed stressed with all the chaos. I will likely try ordering again eventually, but I will probably wait a while. Hopefully they get things figured out.

It was lovely that the owner responded so well to the original complaint but the quality conrol hasn't improved. Every time we order, our household orders two different pizzas, both with the same instructions for "extra done" (because we hate gooey in the center pie) and a square slice. EVERY SINGLE ORDER.....one is correct, one is wrong. The last order we picked up, the place was a ghost town so it wasn't even busy. Someone with a good product and great quality control could do well in Centralia. UPDATE: We were contacted by the owner and he clearly paid close attention and took the time to look into every detail of what went wrong with our entire experience. He has gone above and beyond to make this right and we have every confidence that he will review the issues that were brought forward with his staff. It's refreshing to see an owner who takes pride in his business and shows that he cares for his customers. We will be returning. ORIGINAL COMPLAINT: Choosing to not have a new pizza made because it was cut incorrectly was a mistake. We should have taken that as a sign and checked the entire order. The boneless wings, in the photo attached, were inedible and what you see in the photo is exactly what was in the box. The pizza....some of it was consumed before I found that little curly black hair, in the photo just to the left of that jalapeno, sticking out of the baked cheese. I had already eaten part of that slice before I saw it....I was absolutely sick. Domino's.....do better. That is absolutely disgusting.
