  I like this sonic. Everyone was polite and fast and the food was great also. The only not perfect thing was that the burgers were just tossed together. So they weren't nice to look at, but boy they ate just fine. !

  Had many issues from giving order to them not imputing it and waiting to find out none took our order. When using the app to order pick up we arrive and find out they cancelled our order. It so happens to seem the franchise owner doesn't care how their location is ran. If I could give no stars I would but unfortunately I have to give something.

  After 5 rounds of pushing the red button @ 7:40 with no answer on Monday night l, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Not the first time it's happened either.

  I will never go back to Cassville Sonic. I removed the app from my phone two years ago because my order was all over cooked, my drink was a route 44 Dr. Pepper, I drank the whole thing and then just like everyone else I removed the lid to eat the Sonic ice and it was full of those little black nats or flies or whatever. I drank the entire drink then found all the dsmn bugs. Two years later, I wanted a burger tonight. I went to Sonic and I ordered a Super Sonic double cheeseburger with Mustard, with medium fries and a route 44 limeade and a small tater tots. The touchscreen wasn't working correctly and wouldn't take the 2 dollar tip. The burger has mayo and ketchup, NO MUSTARD, I ORDERED MUSTARD. There was only the fries in the sack, no tater tots, and the drink was a plain Sprite not a limeade. Fool me once. Shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me for going back. Never again..........

  Shaylee the car hop was very nice and polite and apologize for order mess up .I think they should hire more people like her
