  Not only did they leave out our order of cheese tots and give us an American dog rather than the chili cheese dog, but they included a fried insect as well. They tried to blame it on flies but this crispy critter really looks like a roach to me. I’ll let you decide for yourself after viewing the photos.

  We were not very happy/ satisfied with out service or order that we received. We ordered a brownie chunk blast, and a chocolate shake. Both if which were made incorrectly. The shake was not mixed at all, all of the chocolate at the bottom. And the blast only had chocolate chip chunks on top, not even brownie bits, and no chunks throughout the blast, just regular ice cream. They also forgot to bring us our spoons. (Would like to note, there were only maybe 3 other cars here.) Will not be back.

  Terrible service... could not get anyone to answer on the screen... finally gave my order to a person who got it all screwed up... and they were not all that busy...

  My boyfriend and I stopped here at 9pm on our way home from a day at the river. All of the staff were super kind and helpful, accommodating to our modifications, and apologetic about the wait (it was a busy, summer evening, we ordered a lot of modified food, and we waiting less than we expected!). They even gave us drink vouchers for our patience. Outstanding experience 👍
