  I was hesitant on going there after hearing some bad reviews on this place but let me tell you it is bad. Me and my family got there and got our drinks and after she dropped our drinks off the waitress just left and didn't say anything. After about 10 minutes of us sitting there kind of staring up at the counter wondering what the heck was going on because we already knew what we wanted and could have told her that if she asked if we were ready well we ordered the big New Yorker pizza and it was an edible. It was falling apart so bad you couldn't even pick a piece up. Not to mention the river of grease that was on top of it. We've had this pizza before at the Pizza Hut in Shell Knob and it was wonderful. I took it to the counter and left and canceled my other order I had put in for a personal pan pizza. I was very disappointed and my family was very disappointed as well and we had to go somewhere else to eat for dinner after sitting there for about 45 minutes it felt like.

  I can't speak for all the employees but I can say that Heather is absolutely AMAZING she is the nicest and sweetest lady on earth and the cheese sticks are to die for

  The one star for the service is for all the kiddos working there who were super kind. I debating on leaving this review, but after taking it into consideration, I am extremely disappointed in the rude, horrible service from the general manager working today. This has nothing to do with the other employees, for they were super sweet and nice. Yesterday evening I placed an online order at 8:55pm. At 9:08pm an employee called to inform me that there was no more hand-tossed dough and asked if we'd be okay with a different dough. I said that was fine. I pulled into the drive through and picked up the order. Upon arriving home, I came to the kitchen and my parents mentioned that I ordered something so different. I looked and noticed it was different from the order right away. So they stopped eating it. She said the supreme one was fine but when I looked, I noticed tomatoes and no meat on either pizzas. I then made the tough decision to contact the store directly and notify them about possibly a messed up order. The kind female worker then said they could have it remade and I kindly asked if it could be remade for today, April 11th, understanding if not it's okay. She then double checked with someone then confirmed it would be okay and we placed the pick up order for noon today. I apologized and we ended the call. My mom picked up the order and the general manager said she had no note of our order. My mom then called me and I asked if she would let me speak to the manager but my mom said the manager said I would have to call their store because she was busy and had no time to talk, etc. I proceeded to call the restaurant and spoke to the general manager, when she rudely told me that my mom told them “they messed up the whole order”, when in fact, she only stated that the meat lovers and supreme pizzas were wrong. She finally agreed to remake the two pizzas when I gave her all the call log time stamps and never apologized for her rude behavior. Below I have attached the "meat lover and supreme pizzas" including my order receipt. As someone who has been working in the customer service industry for over 10 years, I am extremely unhappy with the way Pizza Hut general manager, who I will not say the name, spoke to my mother and I myself. The tone of her voice was extremely offensive, whether their be a slight language barrier or not, you cannot just come off like that at your customers without hearing what they have to say. I am unsure of her intentions, but they were not pure nor respectful. It's not about money, it's about horrible service. Being around in a small town, the support has always been there, but tonight was enough. Definitely will not be returning back. Kudos to the other employees because without them, I'm not sure how this establishment could even stay in business.

  Great pizza and I'm not sure of the name, but folded in half with chicken parmesan sauce. Needs more garlic, but still tasty. Apple pie minis are excellent. The family and I really enjoyed it. Not enough fries, but was told they were good. I picked up the order from cassville.
