    I was with my friend Garrett, who is going to pick up his subway order. He also put a review on here, but I was in the room whenever the manager called to try and see Why he cannot pick up his order. He called the Subway® eight times. Apparently their Wi-Fi was down did not get a response and then roughly an hour later the manager called upset that he had given them a bad review. And wanted to know why he hasn’t came and picked up a sandwich. Part of the issue for the bad review of his end Is the app messing up Putting his food being ordered three hours away I want to be clear that is not the manager’s. But as a manager, you should have a functioning store so the Wi-Fi should be working at your store. If you want incoming calls the manager even called on her personal phone because her own store could not do outgoing calls. It was a nice gesture for her to call, but a good manager would always make sure their phones are working. Secondly, she was extremely rude and upset and not understanding why Garrett was so upset about his service and then proceeded to not let him explain further and hang up Me and Garrett both love Subway® and will continue to spend our money here. It was not a matter of money. It was bad service. I would not recommend this location, especially The treatment of the manager there. However, I would recommend the food. Subway is top-tier food.

    Did an online order and accidentally went to this location 3 hours away after it asked to share my location. told the subway I was at immediately they told me to call and they would get it canceled. Tried calling them for a good 10 minutes never got an answer I would love to get a refund on that money. I hope somebody enjoys my sandwich! Edit after the fact the manager called me only after she saw my review and response to their corporate complaint. Opening line was “why aren’t you here to pick up your sandwich and why’d you give me a bad review” Tried to explain my frustration with the app but was told that’s on me and I should double check and I should take down the review. But like I told her my complaint with her store was they didn’t answer the phone once and the only reason I was called back was because of the review. Got hung up on but she did cancel my order. So raised my score on here. I believe this is the worst service I could have gotten

    The garlic herbs and cheese bread was doughy, I called and asked questions and was told it's just really fresh baked bread. When you can literally form it like puddy it's not thoroughly cooked. I ended up tossing the bread and eating the inside of the sandwich. I don't believe I'll be eating subway anymore.

    Ordered a sandwich to be toasted and they heated it which is different settings. I called to inform them that they did not do as requested and they argued with me that its the same thing when it is not. Will not be going back as this is not the first time they have done this.
