  They won’t bring me my food to my car and I can’t walk. They’re very rude and disrespectful cause I’m a DoorDash. I had to go inside, but I can’t walk.

  I have been to this Sonic a lot in my lifetime. I have to say it has gone downhill. I usually go for drinks cause I work in Carthage. But in the last week I have gone 2 times and both times I am waiting entirety way too long for drink orders. 20 mins tops. And Everytime my order is wrong. I spend a lot of money at Sonic so this is very unfortunate. Going to drive to Webb City or Joplin from now on. And there have been many times the employees take their own tip out of payment.

  Waited almost 5 minutes for anyone to answer the red button. Ordered Coke Zero and received Diet Coke not worth my time waiting another 5 min for a replacement

  Placed an order in their app and hour before I scheduled the pick up time. I checked in 1 minute into the window for pick up. Food was delivered to my car 17 minutes after end of window. It was made wrong and they forgot to put the ranch in the bag for the chicken. Didn't check until I got home with it.
