- EEEthanAug 20, 20262.0I always hate leaving bad reviews on places, especially because I've worked at a Pizza Restaurant before, howevever I had a bad experience with Papa John's today on my delivery. My order was a Large Pepperoni Pizza with extra sauce. I opened the box and there's just a mountain of cheese on my pizza. so much cheese that it couldn't even all melt. I'm sure theres some people that would love this, but the problem is that is shows whoever made my pizza isn't weighing out the ingredients. Instead, they are making the pizza the way they like it instead of the way that the restaurant intends for you too. I get it, weighing them out takes time, but at least find out what those proportions are and do it the right way so that it doesn't cause confusion for the customer. Last time I ordered from this same Papa John's, I could tell that the proportions were correct, now this time they are completely wrong and I clearly should've requested light cheese because whoever is in the back making the pizza assumes everyone loves as much cheese on their pizza as they do. Just my two cents, weigh your ingredients. follow the book. Create less confusion when ordering. Ps: Do you think a person requesting heavy sauce also wants heavy cheese? How is that pie gonna hold up?
