  I work in the area. And I often would like to come in and get a nice strawberry shake or other things to eat or drink. But every time I come in to get a strawberry shake, it is sub par, not stir, not mixed unevenly mixed, no mix wrong mix, and they don't care, suggest going somewhere else for any ice cream products or shake products

  The sonic has been screwing up a lot lately to the point. I’m done going through it. Stay away from the Cape Girardeau location and Jackson location and also I got a M&M blast from sonic in Jackson Missouri. They gave me like 75% M&Ms and the rest ice cream so pathetic. Overwhelming with M&Ms.

  Service was awful. We did an online order and had many different sauces that we ordered; we only received ketchup. Went to an employee and asked for the sauces WE ALREADY PAID FOR, and she said they were 11 cents each and wouldn’t give them to us, while being very disrespectful. They also didn’t have spoons, yet had no problem selling us ice cream in a cup. Unbelievably bad service. We also had to get out of our cars to get an employee since they wouldn’t answer the call button for our stall.

  Sonic was fantastic today! We ordered the Iced Coffee, Blue Coconut Cream Slush, Strawberry Lemonade, SuperSonic Breakfast Burrito, and 2 Grilled Cheese around 1:30PM. Everyone we encountered was kind, friendly, and polite. The food was very tasty and had an adequate amount of ingredients for the price. The drinks were all quite refreshing as well.

  We ordered on the app. We checked in with the stall number at the restaurant, waited 20 minutes ( the order cleared off the screen after 10 minutes to keep their metrics looking good with corporate) I pushed the button and eventually talked to someone and they told me our food would be out soon. About 5 minutes later we were presented with cold food and melted ice cream.
