  I stood in front of the counter after making an order on their kiosks, and I waited for over 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter to see if I needed help. Multiple employees kept walking past the counter but made no effort to even glance at customers. I called the store, at the counter, and for 15 seconds I was saying hello, making sure I was still connected, and I received silence before I was hung up on. Then when an employee finally came up to help they tried to walk off after helping the person before me, while there was still multiple people waiting. Don't come inside if you want service, you won't receive it. Also don't try and give me a link. Look into it yourselves Mcdonalds's. Take accountability for your poor training and hiring

  The staff was extremely rude and slow.All I ordered was a soft drink and waited over 10 minutes for them today.Then get the order wrong.But I give up and left anyway

  I ordered $36 worth of food And was told to go around the front to wait on my food I was behind another car The lady came out with our food and end up giving it to the car in front of me It was a few minutes before the People in the car got out the car and said that that was not their food I watched the worker take the food back Then the worker came to my car Explaining what happened I didn't understand why they took food that was not theirs Then gave it back At this point I did not feel safe eating any of that the lady took the food back and said that they were going to make my food fresh I was waiting in my car with my grandson for a very long time on to get my food cold and not fresh like how she said French fries were cold After being told that my food was going to be made fresh Why would you give me food that you had took back from someone and we not know what they did to it This is pathetic And then only to have them come back and give our food to us in a rude way no apologies no nothing This McDonald's on Broadway need to be staffed with the right people

  They constantly forget straws, this time they didn’t even put ice in my drink and forgot the straw. When ordering it’s a gamble if they wanna give a straw or not. Order#1679

  Great places, Good people and a Great budget friendly atmosphere! McD's has Been a life saver for me to eat on a budget! Run plenty of promos and deals on their app! So if low on funds or like me not enough thru month even if budget! McDs the Place to be!
