  I've had a great unwich and customer service every time at this location. Today I had this young person with dreads and piercings go out of their way to provide way above and beyond customer service. Quite the joyful interaction. Thank you!

  Frist time disappointed with the food got a chicken ranch what ever toasted as you can see i hope very small piece of chicken mostly vegetables

  I asked for no lettuce on my sandwich and the receipt even said no lettuce and the was a whole bunch of it on my sandwich I also asked for a Dr Pepper and got a blue Powerade tried calling the store 4 times and no answer!

  Wish I could give 0 stars. I’m about a week late posting this review, but this has happened to me NUMEROUS times with this specific location. I ordered one single sandwich, with no special customizations or anything, at 11:50 on a Saturday. I get a text around 12:20 saying my order has been cancelled. Confused, I call them at 12:33 to ask what happened. They said the uber eats driver never came to pick it up, but they would send one of their own drivers to deliver it. As much as I hate uber eats and desperately wish they would just use their own drivers in the first place, I said that would be fine and thank you. The sandwich never comes. I call back at 1:17. A different person answers the phone, and basically explains that my sandwich was forgotten about. He was nice enough and apologized which I appreciate, but I’m just so sick of this happening. The last 3 times I’ve tried to order delivery I haven’t gotten my items. I ended up asking for a refund because my lunch break at work was long over by 1:17, and I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for a sandwich that I ordered almost 2 hours before. Dear god please Jimmy John’s get your act together, this should not happen every single time I make an order. So much for “freaky fast delivery,” that’s an absolute joke.
