  Food was bland, lacking the salt on chips and rice as well as the lime that is supposed to be inthe rice and on the chips. Dissapointed. Would not return to this location. Atmosphere was nice, but I like to enjoy my food.

  My grandson is of color. When we walked in the lady gave some really bad looks towards my grandson and then started whispering to her teammate. My grandson is 9. When he ordered the lady asked him what kind of rice and the other staff member (male) put the wrong rice in his bowl. They didn’t ask him if he wanted cheese or any other options. When he saw his cousins bowl with all the options he wished he had a tear came to his eyes. He knew then that they were not kind nor fair and from my perspective - outwardly racist. My other granddaughter who had the nice meal is blond, fair skinned and 11 years old. I was tired from a long drive, didn’t say anything to the staff nor asked for a manager - but felt this deep profound sadness. I told my grandson when we were heading on the 2nd leg of our long journey that I hope I am always kind, fair and giving to you and you can trust that of me always. I am so upset by his treatment.

  All the tables was dirty and not cleaned off... chips was stale the queso did was chuncky and thick and nasty would not recommend even the buritto was discussing only thing was good was the chicken and steak meat i order on the side that came by itself..Dont waste your time

  I tried multiple times to call about a missing item, as I live elsewhere and not once was I able to speak to an actual person anytime their stupid ai voicemail said they would transfer me they said I needed an "access code" and because I didn't have one it hung up on me. There's no reason for an access code to be needed to speak to a human being. It's stupid and negligent.

  Everytime I go to Chipotle even when it first open I always have a blast with the service and the food. The staff was very customer service, friendly and on point continue to evolve more for our community and their staff team as well. I been to other chipotles before in st.louis and in Las Vegas for EVO (FGC/Fighting game Community) for example. I always have the same expectations that it made sure it made my day or night while eating their products. Still happy we got one in Cape tho!
