  This is first time I visited this location and I ordered online. The order was correct, but when i got home, the bowl felt light. I opened it and it looked half-eaten. It wasn't, but it was nowhere near as much food as I am used to getting from Chipotle in other cities. Maybe they have reduced the portions like everyone else, but I am not coming back if this happens again. The photo was taken after I took the lid off. I did dip a little of the guacamole, but this is what I received. The chips we stale also.

  the workers making the food don't know what their doing at all, never enough rice, drowned my bowl in sour cream after i asked for light sour cream and i couldn't get any other sauses because my bowl would have been soup. the amount of meat i got was good the second time i went, and they removed the pickled onions?? i asked for a large queso and quac with 2 bags of chips and i was given what looked like a kids serving of both when i was charged 12 dollars. and skimpy on the chips i didn't even get my second bag

  I got the burrito bowl with beef barbacoa and the beef was very dry ! Chips were a little too salty! The queso sauce was very watery bland taste ! I’ve been here before and it doesn’t taste the same ! Everyone has an attitude on the line . No one smiles it’s not a welcoming experience! Please do better !

  If you like cafeteria style food service and sitting at filthy tables in uncomfortable chairs, you may enjoy this mediocre Mexican warmed-over food that's been sitting out too long. The floor was dirty, the self-service station was dirty, the tables were nasty---and it wasn't even lunch hour. Oh, and they were out of tea (brewed).

  I was so excited for Chipotle to come to Cape. I used to love it, but haven’t had it in years since moving here. This is not the Chipotle I remember. There was barely any rice in my burrito bowl, and the rice that was there was overcooked and flavorless. The chicken is spicier than I remember, but I won’t fault them for that. My real problem is the chips. The chips were so stale. They only opened a couple weeks ago, how are they serving stale chips?? The chips were also over-salted. I could easily get over that, but the staleness?? There’s no way these were taken out of their airtight packaging today or any time this week. If they were, then there’s a real problem at the factory.
