Honestly if I could give a lower than one star I would. I live 45 mins away. 2 times now my drink was made wrong, the first time I just let it go whatever. The second time I took it back and explained. Was fixed. Today it happened again, since I’m literally 45 mins away and my husband didn’t know it was not made correctly. Which means had no idea to turn around to have it remade. When he brought to me it was wrong. I attempted to call customer service, emailed no response. I went ahead and had him take the drink back because that’s what the email told me to do. Was told they will not refund nor make a new one because it has been too long. I’m not sure what you expect when it was explained why it took so long. The drink was untouched still had the ice and whipped topping. Will tag a photo. It is supposed to be a MOCHA rocky road. Not whatever this is.

My only complaint is they start taking orders before you can look at a menu. Im not familiar with the 7brew options. When I made my order I had nothing to go off of. I was able to Google some drink suggestions.

7Brew in Cape has some of the sweetest employees I've met. These ladies and gentlemen are kind and patient. I've been going usually daily since they opened and even when they aren't treated well they keep their same composure as normal and I have huge respect for that. Great coffee and service!

Been to store twice now, first time sat in line for 25 minutes while workers played with dead bugs they found in the ground while one worker took all order and everyone else messed around. Second time was today on the free squishy day, sat in line while most people again messed around and didn’t take our order and paid 20 dollars worth of drinks we don’t need just for these stupid cubes of goo, just to be given the drinks and turned away with no explanation. They need more management to to stop hiring young girls that don’t want to work. Get it together scooters for life

I am so tired of the traffic problems you’ve brought to our city, this morning cars were lined up in front of both Schnucks & Tractor Supply & no one could get past them. There was no way to get from Schnucks to Independence, I don’t appreciate having to take a longer route home because of this business. Fuel is too expensive to waste over some drink place. Get it together
