  Very upsetting, a friend of mine went to Sonic to get supper. He ordered the coney meal for me a d a smash burger for them. What we got wasnt even close to what we ordered. I got tots..ok. my drink..ok..but I didn't get a coney! Some how. They took chili cheese tots as a coney.. talk about being mad. My friend ordered a smash burger with no tomato. Ok..he looked at his when we got home....they have him a triple smash..when he just wanted a smash. (One patty) with no tomato. When I got home I was ready to have a coney....I was upset that what I got wasnt even close to that. Very very upsetting 😡 this makes twice Sonic has truly messed up an order badly. I don't know if its lack of training or just people not taking pride in their job or if they just don't care. Either way its unacceptable. The service is far from getting 4 or 5 stars

  Doordash always gets pushed to back. The evening shift mostly. I always wait 15 mins past time to pick up orders. They slow and rude

  Complete trash , this location purposely leaves doordashers waiting for 20+ minutes after order is suppose to be ready constantly so why not just shut the app off if you can't keep help or if you have lazy help ??? Food is trash and so is the service , management sucks here

  Food is always good...and the service at the drive-up was awesome! Props to the staff working that day!!
