    Took 30 minutes to get oatmeal, a breakfast burrito, and an egg McMuffin. The manager was extremely mean and disrespectful to the other employees. Everyone was in the kitchen cussing and overwhelmed, drive thru people kept coming inside with messed up orders or saying they’ve been waiting for 30mins or more. Half of the orders had already been sent out so I’m assuming they were giving the wrong food to cars. Do not recommend this location at all.

    This place is an absolute joke. We got here and ordered our food online and sat In the curbside pickup, the app messed up and didn’t even let us input the right number. When my Wife went in to address the issue and let them know it was a different number than what was placed. The manager (some big pissy lady with a rude attitude) refused to address the issue wasn’t wearing a name tag and refused to give her name. Told my Wife she had to take another persons order who was in the number the app improperly input. Wasn’t even close to the same name, or even the same gender… When a younger woman who was working there tried to explain to her Manager what was going on, she ignored her and brushed her off.. She then proceeded to assist everyone else ignoring my Wife. When my Wife was speaking with another disgruntled customer the manager proceeded to curse and cuss loud enough for everyone to hear her, she was insanely unprofessional and very unpleasant. We waited over 40 minutes for her to finally address the issue, when she did we found out our food had been sitting out ready and waiting… Not sure who the manager is, but if she cannot handle that line of work she needs to find someplace else, you cannot be in a position that requires a level of professionalism. I understand it is just McDonalds, but this lady is representing a massive global corporation… If these are the people they want in charge of their locations, I think the higher ups need to really be looking into things instead of trying to keep their hands clean of it. I watched several people demand a refund and leave, that’s not good for business, especially if they are as upset about the situation as myself. I kept out and said nothing, because I would have been very blunt and I seem to upset people with the way I am, but as an old farming Cowboy, I don’t care whose feathers I ruffle. Fix your attitudes and be professional. I feel bad for her staff, some of them seemed wonderful, but that manager needs to get all the way off that high horse of hers.

    Awful expierence everytime, can never get an order right or get your food out in a timely manner. Rude employees just to throw the wrong food out the window at you. Got 14 burritos and tons of hash brown when all I ordered was one sandwhich. Disappointed every time.

    Great employees. Food was awesome had a qtr pounder meal.. tables needed wiped off. And they need to do something about the alarm for the food..my God..thst thing was so annoying..I couldn't work there 8 hrs without losing my mind..just eatin in the dining room was alot..with the technology we hsve cant you make it better for your employees..that has to mess with their hearing over time

    After this last visit..... I'm giving up on this McDonald's turning around for the better. Breakfast and lunch are OK most of the time.... but don't ever go for dinner or late night snack. They take forever.....60 min to get everything sorted out this time.... but what broke my resolve to go back.... how much my order was messed up. I was curb side pickup so I didn't have to go in.... but ended up going on 3 times. First....I noticed how light the Dr Pepper was... no flavor. Got those fixed. Then I realized my 13 pack cookies weren't with the stuff the guy brought out. Went back in to get that. Then I thought I'd better check the rest of the bag.... missing an pie. Went back in to get that. Everything else seemed fine... but when I got home... counted the 20pc nuggets.... only 18. Sorry McD.... but I'm done going to you. You've become like KFC.
