- NNNayMay 1, 20261.0worst ice cream I've had at an BR. ordered an almond cone which is an upcharge and they didnt have it and make no effort to reimburse or compensate. it was just $2 or $3 extra but that's still our money they just took. also carry didn't one of the flavors they "offered" so had to change my order after paying. for our second ice cream order, we ordered hot fudge and what we got was a thick clump of chewy inedible mess. My partner said the butter pecan was so tasteless, he worried he had caught C-19.

I waited in line as a family was being serviced and when it was my turn to order the guy dishing up the ice cream walked away as if I was invisible. I stood there several minutes and although everyone of the workers looked at me not one came over to help me. I would like to think that America has gotten past this sort of thing. However the staff at this Baskin Robbins in Cameron Missouri showed me tonight that if you are black you are not welcome.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
