  We came in during our honeymoon trip and were greeted by a wonderfully cheerful woman at the counter who was kind, helpful, and very energetic. She even bought a couple sweet treats for us! She was training and helping folks find items in the gas station part of the truck stop, all while being incredibly friendly and so very nice. Miss Jan at Arby's absolutely made our day.

  I have never seen so mini double roast beef sandwich in any Arby’s store except here. And The staff's attitude was also really poor; they didn't even crack a smile.

  Great location, as far as Arby's goes. The service is good, and desite being connected to a gas station convenience store, the restaurant is clean and there is adequate seating. The food was hot and tasty. The curly fries are so delicious! And the Stuffed Jalapeños were good (just don't let me see that nasty Bronco Berry sauce...it's the worst). I love the roast beef with a little Arby's Sauce and Horsey Sauce! I am sad that the Three Pepper sauce was discontinued. It was a winner. The cheese made a bit of a mess, but I anticipated that! I loved my sandwich. That said, I do feel that the roast beef recipe is not quite as good as it used to be. I don't know if there are more fillers or what, but there are some subtle flavor differences contrasted with previous iterations. A weaker umami flavor is present, and there is something in the flavor and texture that...well, reminds me of bologna. Regardless of the company insisting it's recipe has not changed, flavor doesn't lie. Those of us who are highly discriminating foodies and food experts can taste the difference. Lion's Choice or Jersey Mike's are you best options for similar but higher quality products.
