  I'm not sure what's going in at this 7Brew location but they need some adulting. I've never sat in a 7Brew line and not move for 8 minutes straight. From the time I ordered to the time I left it was 17 minutes! Plus my order was wrong. I wasn't waiting to get it fixed...nope I should've known when I pulled up to the window and sat there for a good solid 5 minutes while everybody was dancing and singing that they was going to be a problem with my order. My wife and I hit 7brew all the time all over the Ozarks. I WILL NOT GIVE THIS PLACE A 2ND CHANCE. The least professional 7Brew

  Great coffee. A bit spendy, but good size drinks. My order was made quickly and staff was friendly and upbeat. Would be nice if there were an app to order ahead.

  The drive thru takes forever, they need to pick up the pace 30 minutes is way to long to wait ! Always a huge line, need to get more help!!

  We just went through with a pretty big order, and were tasting the drinks but 3 of the 6 drinks tasted wrong and 1 especially tasted flat and like nothing. They were backed up and when we asked them to remake only 1/3 mess ups, she said no bc they were backed up. As a barista myself we need to take some accountability backed up or not.

  They are under staffed so it takes SO long compared to every other 7 brew I’ve been to. Usually 7 brew is fast... Also I asked for a white chocolate with caramel drizzle frap and they gave me a chocolate frap with mocha drizzle. So I told her this was supposed to be no mocha drizzle and it was supposed to be caramel. So she takes it and just adds caramel drizzle on top and dismissed us. She knew the drink was wrong and didn’t want to make it right. Not to mention the frap was extremely thin like water
