  A girl in a Tahoe took a drink and said it was incorrect. The guy took it back and put it back on the table in drink rotation. The service was the slowest of any 7Brew we have been to. At a certain point there were at least 20 drinks ready to go, but the guy handing them out was just slow walking stocking straws and trying to search for an order. Shocked because we normally have amazing service in Springfield, Lebanon, and Rogers.

  This place can forget about me coming back. I routinely get 2 drinks here multiple times a week. Went this morning, got a third drink to drop off to my mother at her job in Osage Beach. Got a little ways down the road and realized all the drinks were missing at least one ingredient. Was on my way to the vet so I couldn’t just turn back around. So I swung back through about an hour later after my vet visit. They would only replace 2 of the 3 drinks because I didn’t have all the cups, because I had dropped one off! Not only that, but the punk kid that I was dealing with (not the one that actually took my order and said it was fine to get the drinks remade, mind you!) was acting like I was just trying to get free drinks. Definitely will not be coming back. I’d rather have no coffee at 5 in the morning than be treated like a thief, their coffee isn’t good enough or cheap enough to justify that behavior.

  When we pulled into the drive thru, the ling was all the way out to the ROAD! Yet, we got our order taken almost immediately and kindly directed where to go by the young lady who took our order. We had only waited in the long line for probably less than 10 minutes when the manager came out to apologize for the wait!! She was extremely polite and energetic even though they seemed to be having a difficult never-ending rush! She came out only a minute or two later to hand us our drinks and was still apologizing! She said her name was mage, and she just did such a great job, I wanted to give her a shout out. Even with all the chaos and we were only in that drive thru for a little while and our drinks were perfect👌

  As a teacher, my schedule is usually tight, so stopping at Seven Brew Coffee was supposed to be a quick, convenient break in the day. Instead, it turned into a frustrating 30-minute wait that completely defeated the purpose of a drive-thru coffee stop. From the moment I got in line, the pace felt unnecessarily slow, and there was no communication or acknowledgment of the delay. After finally getting through, there was nothing offered to make up for the extended wait—no apology, no small complimentary item, nothing at all. For a place built around speed and service, that was disappointing. What stood out most wasn’t just the wait itself, but the lack of effort to make customers feel valued afterward. When you’re trying to squeeze coffee into a busy teaching day, you expect efficiency and at least some basic customer care when things go wrong. That wasn’t the experience here. Overall, it felt disorganized and inconsiderate of customers’ time, especially for people who rely on quick service during work hours.

  I’m telling you right now. I used to have date nights with my man , drove thirty miles just to have a date night in the Lebanon,Mo location because we loved 7 brew coffee so much. Mind you, the coffee is expensive as we all know. We aren’t a rich, or financially wealthy little family. So when we do this. It’s A real TREAT to ourselves as 2 young hard working parents man.. The new location in Camdenton, has gotten not 1, not 2 not 3 drink ordered wrong but 4 visits now.. dude I love you guys. I love 7Brew. But this location is CAMDENTON, MO. Has GOT to get different management or something. I was SO excited for Camdenton to have a location. Because I absolutely love 7 brew. But this location has absolutely made me stop going to 7brew. And this a very known local thing being talked about. I DO NOT make google reviews.. dude.. yall need to get this checked!
