  Went through the drive through placed a twenty five dollar order for my family. One cheeseburger I ordered plain.... they must have realized it was plain in the middle of making it because they just wiped off everything on the bun and meat and thinks that's acceptable. I call in to speak to the manager.He was nice and polite.But when I asked if I drive back twenty minutes to get my food correct while my family eats without me if he would refund my order. He said , if his boss sees a twenty five dollar refund , he will be yelled at and he refuses to do so. You guys can screw everybody's order up.Take time and money out of our day for your mess ups.But cannot refund $25.In a situation that clearly the customer has been disservice. Absolutely horrible. Do better and show customers you actually care.
