  We stopped on our way hone and saw Christal run in and out solo during shift change. She was so fast, prompt, and so polite. Don't get me wrong, she looked tired. She was doing a lot in this heat. However, she still delivered the food breathlessly with a smile, confirmed our order, asked if we needed anything else, and wished us a great day. The person who took our order (Kodi?) did ask if we wanted the pretzels. We did decline for this time. Great experience.

  We stopped at this Sonic on our way through after a vacation weekend near Lake of the Ozarks. It was really busy and we ordered via the app. When we went to check in at the location by pressing the red button, there was definitely a delay, but eventually an employee came by and confirmed our order and check in. It seemed like they were understaffed, but she was really helpful, pleasant, and apologetic about the delay. When our food came the order was completely accurate (which is rare for other Sonic locations) and the food was fresh and tasted great. We had napkins and straws, etc. and I thought they did a great job.
