  So...I was in the drive-thru last night behind a woman who was ordering, and I overheard the attendant on the speaker giving this customer a short attitude and not actively listening. Furthermore, I saw that she was asking who took her order when another attendant brought out her food in front of me, and I went to park nearby to eat my meal, and I saw this woman and her small son walk in. I had to use the restroom, so I wanted to make sure also that she and her son were OK. Something just told me to MAKE SURE. I tell you, when I walked out of the bathroom... the manager on shift around 7:45-8 pm was snarky and smirking, making excuses in the most disrespectful tone. This behavior caused this customer to become very upset. As a mother myself, I do not blame her at all. What took her over the edge was that the manager said to her, " If you wanted your son's sandwich made a certain way, then maybe he should have ordered it off the APP?!" The customer stated that her son is only 5! UGHHH I usually try and mind my business, but my goodness...that was TOP TIER DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've worked at Sonic for over 10 years and have never treated customers in this way. DO BETTER!

  I would never leave a 5 star review for a McDonalds, but this one deserves it. We happened to stop in twice this weekend while traveling. It was clean, the food was fresh and good. On our second time the woman whom I assume to be the manager was cleaning the entire dining room. They got busy and she stopped to go be hands on deck in the kitchen. It is clear this restaurant is ran well.
