    Winngstop is good......this is the worst Wingstop you will ever experience. Avoid this location at all costs or you may never eat there again and there delicious.it's really just this location...try another one

    I placed an online pickup order and later realized that I had mistakenly selected boneless wings instead of bone-in wings. When my husband arrived to pick up the order, the staff advised him that, in order to receive the promotional deal, I would need to place a new online order. I then placed a second order with the correct selection and asked how the refund for the first order would be handled. The staff informed me that, because the original order was placed online, I would need to request the refund online. I explained that the confirmation email specifically states, “If you need to change or cancel your order, please call your local restaurant listed above.” I was then told that no manager was on duty and that B. Bates would call me the following day to take my information. Bryan, a staff member called my cell phone to provide his number and stated that I could contact him the next day as well. No one contacted me the following day. After Noon, I called the store several times, but there was no answer. I also called Bryan, but he did not answer. I continued calling the store and eventually left a voicemail requesting a return call, but I never received a response. The next day, my husband returned to the restaurant to request the corporate phone number. The manager on duty, who was not B. Bates, stated that she could issue the refund. She completed a few keystrokes at the register and told my husband the refund would take approximately three to five days. However, the corporate phone number was not provided, and no receipt or proof of refund was given. Another staff member also made a concerning statement to my husband, indicating that she had recently been rehired after previously being terminated and accused of selling bad meat to customers. This comment further added to my concern about the professionalism and operations at this location. After several days passed, I contacted my credit card company to confirm whether a refund had been processed. I was informed that no refund request had been made, so I proceeded with filing a dispute. I believe significant improvements are needed at this location. A manager should be available to assist with customer concerns, phone calls should be returned within a reasonable timeframe, and customers should receive clear documentation when refunds are processed. I requested a simple refund and instead experienced poor communication, inconsistent information, and a lack of follow-through. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

    I’d give 0 if I could. They told me they couldn’t refund me for their soda machine not working but wanted me to come back when it was fixed. Almost $5 gone. Next time I came in I watched them tell customers they’re only accepting online orders and walk away to another coworker that says loud enough for customers to hear them say “don’t talk to them customers they’ll figure it out from now on” Let’s also talk about how they have their hair down past their shoulders working with your food. All the wing stops in the county area need to be better. But this one’s manager needs to go.
