  First of all, there is grime all over the windows it was appalling. Then I walk in and a worker is sitting with her hind end in the air right in front of the door. I was instantly disgusted but wanted a reprieve from the heat and a quesadilla so I pushed on. The person making my food gave me several dirty looks as I stood there. I paid for extra cheese but didn't get it. The tables weren't clean either. I don't usually write reviews but I was confused and sickened upon entry. I only ordered one item and it wasn't perfect but it was edible thus the 4 stars.

  When we pulled up, they said “you have to come inside” really? Like why is it a drive thru if you can’t serve guest? I only pulled over to go inside because my son insisted on eating Taco Bell. Luckily he said his food was good but I was definitely highly irritated being told to come inside. No reason, no please just come inside. Yal need to do better!

  Had the best and freshest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life. Staff was super friendly and courteous. To top off the experience, when we were leaving we noticed a hearing impaired customer come in and when he picked up his order the associate at the register was using sign language to thank him for coming in.

  This Taco Bell was actually ridiculous. Waited forever just for them to forget half our food. Like how you gonna take that long and STILL mess it up? Whole place felt disorganized as hell, nobody knew what was going on. I get being short staffed, but this was just straight incompetence. No updates, no apology, just standing there like idiots waiting for food that never came. Food was alright but it didn’t even matter at that point. Worst service I’ve had in a minute.

  My dear friend ordered online and had to wait over an hour because they were understaffed and under prepared. Then they forgot 3 items and when my friend went up there to get a refund he was ignored and no worker would care for him. This Taco Bell need new management or to be closed indefinitely until customer service is valued and done right. Sincerely dissatisfied, disappointed, frustrated, confused, raged, and most of all hungry. Please change
