- GAG AR5 days ago4.0Went in thinking that this was a renamed Panera bread, but the menu is different. However, everything was delicious and made to order.

When I asked for wheat bread—something I consider a basic and expected “healthy” option at Panera—I was told by management that they don’t carry wheat bread. That was honestly surprising and frustrating. A brand that markets itself around fresh and wholesome food should absolutely offer a whole wheat or healthier bread option. Being limited to only white bread choices defeats the purpose for customers trying to make better dietary decisions. Experiences like this are likely why many customers feel Panera is drifting away from what made it appealing in the first place. I hope Panera reconsiders its menu options and brings back healthier bread choices.
