Slowest people who do everything they can to no do any work. Literally, walk around doing nothing and offering you to cancel your order and send in a paper form for a refund. Just give me my food. It's a simple process but way over their availability.

I left and came back and still my order wasn’t ready…then some fools jumped the entire line and they waited on them which was indeed frustrating but I did not cause a fuss as I could See they were cooking more proteins and didn’t wanna get served undercooked meat. They gave me a hefty serving instead of standard and accommodated my daughter as well. This is what you call customer service.🙏🏾🥳 there was no attitude given to me and I can’t thank you guys enough for serving me extra as I haven’t eaten all day. Thank you so Much

I ordered vegetarian nachos, and the tortilla chips were delivered separately from the rest of the ingredients. Therefore I wasn't sure if I had made a mistake during the ordering process. I at least thought the dipping sauces would be separate, but no, all the sauces, vegetables and cheese were mixed together in one bowl. Except the chips. But I got full though.
