Ordered from GrubHub around 8pm and my bowl was missing ingredients like the steak, fajita veggies, and 2 salsas...
Never again ordering from this location. I think previous reviews are right about them running out of ingredients around this time that it should be fixed.

This location is constantly out of ingredients. We’ve tried them on a Sunday evening a few times now and each time they are out of main ingredients like protein, pico de gallo, queso, etc.. We kept thinking maybe it was just an off night. We went around the 6-7pm hour each time.

Walked in at 7 PM-ish and honestly thought I accidentally entered a middle school cafeteria. The place was being run by a flock of cackling, unmonitored teens who were way too busy trolling each other to notice the food line was entirely depleted. Shoutout to the exactly two adults in the room—the food prep making my food and the cashier—who managed to remain polite and professional despite working in a literal daycare. Food was good, but management needs to swap out the recess hour for actual staff.

When I got home ro eat the steak.meat ltasted as if the cook dropped an entire box of salt into the meat during preparation. If there were a way to give a lower rating, I would.
I placed an order online and my husband went to pick it up 30 minutes later. The order was in his name, and he provided proof of the order when asked. Even after showing confirmation, it seemed like the staff had not started preparing it. Instead, they continued assisting customers who had just walked in.
If online orders are not going to be prepared in advance, what is the point of ordering ahead and waiting 30 minutes?
When my husband politely asked how much longer it would take for a single bowl, the response was rude and unhelpful. After the long wait, the food itself was disappointing—dry and lacking freshness. To make matters worse, the order included a Diet Coke, but we were given a regular Coke instead.
Between the poor customer service, excessive wait time, inaccurate order, and subpar food quality, this was a very disappointing experience. I will not be ordering from this location again.
