  They were nice enough to give me sauce (for no charge) after another non-pizza hut restaurant messed up my food order

  Never delivered pizza. Said they had to contact upper management to issue refund and it would take 1-3 days to do so. Said someone signed for my pizza but used different name. Why have someone sign for a pizza if they can sign another name to take it.

  I called about my food and was cussed out by whomever the person that answered the phone. They were highly unprofessional and rude to the point I will never order from here again. Didn’t even receive my order

  The last time I ordered here the shift lead said I didn’t make the pizzas because I thought it was a fraud order. I order large orders from here all the tim! This time I showed up after it said the pizzas were ready and he said it would be another 30 minutes. He told several people this and people may not have minded but he was so rude! One by one they walked out but unfortunately I had paid already. No empathy for the customer that was on lunch break or the lady picking up for her kids. I’m picking up for 10 employees I’m glad I didn’t buy for everyone and I could have those 10 go to lunch late. Being nice isn’t just saying sarcastically have a nice day. People need to report this more so it gets handled. You have been warned.

  Very nice Lady at store with pleasant disposition 🤗. Will return due to quality, timely and fresh food. Great three topping price and buy usually 3 pies at a time 🍕. 🧐Attention 🤓 Pizza Hut now is charging for Parmesan cheese and Crushed Red Pepper ☹️. Should have only handed a few packs per pizza order and all would be fine. Now must pay $1.25 each or $2.70 for two small containers. I/We will return here over many local others and start a stash of gladly handed out freebie packs from competition pizza joints. P. S. During selection of food allow free packs according to placed orders. There’s PH data collection for need and demand.
