  I just wanted to compliment your manager and team from today during lunch. I witnessed a customer being extremely rude and belligerent over a misplaced order, all orders seemed to move quick and your staff handled the situation with so much patience and professionalism. Even while being yelled at, they stayed calm, respectful, and positive while trying to help resolve the issue. It was honestly impressive to watch, especially during such a busy rush. The entire team seemed hardworking, upbeat, and genuinely passionate about what they were doing, and I think they deserve recognition for how well they handled such a difficult interaction. Please let them know their professionalism did not go unnoticed.

  Just left. Places our order and didn’t get our food. Multiple customers walked in and placed orders after us and were served before us. My husband mentioned we hadn’t gotten our food and they asked for our receipt to verify that we placed an order. The dude who took our order was literally cleaning a table next to us. Made zero effort to get involved or verify that yes he did take our order. Just kept wiping the table and other his nasty looking dreadlocks. Then walked behind the counter after and the entire staff was laughing about the situation. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. And not a single drop of soap in any dispenser. Do better. Terrible customer service.

  I ordered a king size roast beef. Beef was way over done and almost like grisly.... few bites i couldnt chew. (I have my natural teeth). 1 slice swiss doesn't go far on a king size sandwich. Also got a kid meal and ham sandwich. Very expensive for a fast food lunch (that i was more disappointed in, then not eating lunch.) It's not just lions choice, itsfast food in general.... its getting to expensive, to usually be disappointed. Im in illinois up by Litchfield... so I dont usually get lions choice, unless we go to STL.

  I haven't been to lion's choice in many a year.I showed up twice in the last week to great food.And even better service , this place is great. One thing I would like to add. I ordered a little cup of cheddar chesse. I left with my bag thinking everything was on there. While walking to my car i heard my name. I turned and around and it was the girl that took my order. She had the chesse cup in her hand and said here's you chesse. I was very surprised. Super impressed.

  Understand staffing issues, but when you've got 17 people in your dining room, and 2 hardworking people BY THEMSELVES working the front...it causes for a very bad experience in time. I believe you guys should hire more people. But then I know the whole thing is that you're not really hiring and it's just for a tax break, so get it together or this will be another location that will be shut down. Just like the rest of saint louis..... By the way, the 2 ladies that were working in there today, they deserve a raise because they were trying to kill it the best they could. I unfortunately just have somewhere to be as do many people who don't have time to wait in line because of a management issue!
