Unfortunately, my order on Uber Eats went to the Saint Charles rock Road location. I’ve never been to this location, but I decided to travel to pick up my food since it was already ordered and paid for. I was greeted immediately, and the trip for the pick up was quick, but I was very disappointed when I received my food. Five guys is my go to for when I want takeout. I typically go to the Washington and Lindbergh location and I am always happy with the food results. Getting home from picking up this order from the St. Charles rock road location, My children and I started pulling the order out of the bag. We expected to have A large amount of fries in the bottom of the bag and two field bags of fries because I ordered a large and a medium. Unfortunately, the bags were barely filled, and the Fries that were in the bottom of the bag only covered the Bottom in a single layer. We love five guys fries. We usually go there and order them even though they’re $10 for the large fry because you get such a huge amount of fries. That wasn’t the case for my order today and I will no longer visit the Saint Charles rock Road location. I’ve had Several orders at the Lindbergh Washington location even the Saint Charles location near AMC movie theater and I’m never disappointed with the amount of food received for the price that we pay. This is a huge disappointment, and I truly hope that they adopt the standards of the two stores that I mentioned. Thank you!
