    Ordered here. From out of state . And got orders both wrong waited 45 min on a messed up order for both drinks . Wasn't acknowledged when pulling up, didn't talk to me or be friendly I felt more like a bother to get a cup of coffee. I couldn't drink it and nor could my spouse.

    Best coffee ever. The Rebel energy drinks are also great. The secret menu on the mobile app has so many amazing choices as well. The German Chocolate iced mocha (on the secret menu) is what I get almost every time. Highly recommend. Everyone who works at this location is very sweet, professional, and fast. My orders are always correct and made quickly. The guy working drive through tonight is the best; I'm always happy to see him when I pull up.

    I am very concerned; your location encourages traffic violations. Every time I drive by, I see one, two, or even three cars crossing solid white lines, and I have nearly been hit on several occasions. The site has only one legal entry and exit point, which forces customers to head onto 67; however, since a portion of your customers are not traveling in that direction, they simply break the law. If your customers ever hit me or cause a collision, I will hand this email or notice over to the appropriate legal counsel. I believe the person who chose this location was aware of this issue, so you—along with the City of Brighton—need to take action to prevent it. I hold you largely responsible for these violations and the potential for accidents. I already sense one email to the corporate

    Great coffee, but the wait times are ridiculous. I order online from home at 5:40am. I didn't get my drink til 6:07am. I made it to dutch bros at 5:55. I only had one drink. I was asked about what I had only to watch other people's drinks be made that ordered after me. Why ask about my order, tell me you're about to get started only then to make other people drink?

    My first time experience wasn’t a good one. Pulled in the drive thru a little after 8:30 the young lady didn’t come out to take orders until about 8:40. After I placed and paid for my order the line took forever to move. I pulled off the lot at 8:55 without coffee. I definitely won’t return.
