    Solid. Was this a new location and had some initial demand woes? Not sure, but my experience was nothing like the 1-star reviewers. The food is on par with other fast casual places and coffee shops, the drinks have their own unique flair to distinguish from other places, and the service was excellent. Everyone was very nice and the drive-thru was fairly quick. There’s also a mobile pickup option, and that seemed to be fairly quick too.

    Excellent experience at Dutch Bros! Kennedy, the manager, and the entire staff were so friendly and welcoming. Gabby made my coffee, and it was absolutely delicious—you can tell she knows how to make a great cup of coffee! Between the outstanding customer service and amazing coffee, Dutch Bros has definitely become my new go-to coffee shop when I’m in the area!! Highly recommend!

    Wait time was long this afternoon. I can deal with that, but having the young lady Makayla working outside at 4pm on Wednesday July 1st in this extremely dangerous heat is not the answer. I am asking management to review and reevaluate this procedure. Absolutely stop this week! And when heat index is at a killer level in St. Louis MO (St. Ann MO lo ation to be exact). Thanks, and please get Makayla out of the heat ASAP today!

    My partner is from Idaho and so has been a long time fan of Dutch Bros, when she recently moved to Missouri she was excited to see that we had a Dutch Bros out in O'Fallon, and even though that was 50 mile round trip for coffee, it was worth it because the service there was great. When we found out that this location had been built within a mile of our home, we were very excited. The first month that we were there things were fantastic, but that turned out to only be because they had out of town staff there for training purposes. The moment that all of the experienced staff left, this place has gone to hell. We average visiting 3 or 4 times and with every passing week the quality of service and the accuracy of our orders has been rapidly declining. On good days, we might get "accurate" orders that are just made poorly, on most days however we are getting drinks that are not made right (poured over ice instead of blended, wrong drink, wrong flavors, one of time they tried to give us a pup cup despite not having a dog) or dealing with extremely socially awkward staff members who make visiting incredibly uncomfortable. We understand that there is always going to be growing pains for new establishments, especially in states where a brand is still new. That said, this location has been open for several months and despite my partner putting in tickets on the app and us talking to the manager, Kennedy, it's not improving. From the current rating of 3.8 stars we seem to not be the only ones having a really bad time. This reached a peek last Thursday, the 25th, when I got a drink that had some paper product blended into it which got sucked up my straw and wrapped around my uvala while we were driving on the highway. This caused me to nearly crash as I gaged to cough it up. On the following day, the 26th, my partner talked to the manager, who handled things professionally and credited my partner's account with 3 free drinks. Today, Sunday the 28th, we decided to cash in those free drinks. We ordered and had the linebuster repeat back our orders to confirm that it was entered in right. We were then told that my partner didn't have any free drink vouchers, so sometime between the 26th and the 28th they were removed without notice. This meant we were charged an unexpected $30+ for three large drinks plus tip. If we weren't already in the middle of a long line, we would have driven away. When we got to the window, we got to watch the staff fumble with bottles, spill containers and drop measuring spoons on the ground - it is absolute chaos in that store and no one seems to be communicating nor working together when under high loads. My partner and our friend had their drinks made correctly, I once more did not get mine made correctly. I had ordered a large blended rebel with strawberry, banana, vanilla and white chocolate with extra sweetener. What I received was a large cup filled with blended ice, strawberry and orange - no rebel (very easy to tell if it's missing the shot especially since I get caffeine migraines if I don't get caffeine in me). I am honestly tired of wasting money on this location and dealing with frustration. If we ever want to try Dutch Bros again we will drive all the way out to O'Fallon which means this location is losing the company roughly $120 a week and we'll only be visiting maybe once every two months instead. I would honestly rather see this location be shut down than have it bring the brand down in a state they're trying to branch into.

    cadance made my entire day! from the moment i pulled up, she was so genuinely kind, welcoming, and full of positive energy. you can tell she truly enjoys what she does, and it made my coffee stop the highlight of my day. she made me feel like more than just another customer and went above and beyond to make my experience amazing. the drinks were perfect, but her customer service was even better. it’s employees like cadance that keep people coming back. thank you for making my day a little brighter. you deserve all the recognition! dutch bros is lucky to have you. 💙☕
