  Love Dutch bros but do NOT do a mobile order unless you want to be waiting 30 minutes longer than the pick up time. Would love to go here more often but can’t go before work if I can’t rely on my coffee being done even close to the time it says.

  Avoid this place at all costs. Did a mobile order to be picked up in the drive thru. Waited 30 minutes. Iced drinks were melted / watered down. Only got 3 of 5 food items, and those we got were cold. Can't even submit a complaint through their website as it appears to be broken. Feel like we at least deserve a refund for the missing food. Not worth the $42 we paid. Won't be back.

  The drink is good but the line is to long & take forever to get ur drink . They need more than 1 person taking order

  When they first opened the drinks were very good and made well, last three times including today the drink tasted watered down, not much flavor (cream and water with a faint taste of coffee and caramel). I ordered the Hopscotch and it was so light I knew as a coffee drinker that it wasn’t made correctly from the color and as I was waiting for them to finish preparing it the young man had ice filled so high from the top of the cup he had to scoop lots of ice off with a spoon just to put the top on, so I indeed had the feeling my drink was going to be terrible. The time before I ordered the Flapjack and it was flat with no flavor. I believe they have so many new hires and training, demand is rushed, they are now throwing out anything. Quality is so low while prices are so high these days anywhere you go!

  Visited Dutch Bros for the first time today! I was greeted by India & Caroline today and they made my experience absolutely great. I had expressed to them that i was another coffee competitor girly while waiting for my drink. This is when Caroline took the opportunity to tell me that the place i had supported for a few years now actually originated from Dutch Bros. I was shocked finding this out but i love history and tea :) ....Anyway they were so sweet and patient with me. They answered all of my questions. I ended up getting The Golden Eagle drink iced and i loved it. I can now say i will be going to Dutch Bros from here! And when i received my drink the other person at the window was full of so much energy and had a great smile. She also gave me a cute wrist tie that said Radiate Positivity. Something the whole team had shown. Thank you for starting my week off right!
