    Had this for the first time the other day and omg so bomb the smell of coffee hits you when you pull up to the window and it looks like a barista scientist lab lol the cookie dough freeze though bro I will be back! If you like frapes then try a freeze it’s the best everrrr; had me going all day! Lol.

    I come to this location often. I was so excited that we had one so close to home. On the same road there is a Starbucks. Within 10 minutes there is a Dunkin and a Scooters coffee. I can say the food here is always really great. The drinks are always on point. The staff is always super friendly, excited to do their job jobs, but the wait times, the wait times, the wait times. I had to say it three times because it is literally that serious. I never have to wait this long at any of the coffee shops that are close to my home. That is the only irritation or gripe I can give for this location. I understand they are new to the area and it does take time to acclimate a new staff but these long wait times have made me pick other places to get coffee because I didn't want to sit in the line for 20 minutes.

    From over overly playful teens that cant seems to get mobile orders out in time, to the poor quality breakfast sausage sandwich (I found a pig hair follicle in my food)… Dutch bros make too much money to constantly have a broken freeze machine and move as slow as they do

    The coffee and energy drinks are amazing. The customer service is always so nice. They’re easy to make conversation with, and love to treat their customers. I have gotten treated to a free coffee on many different occasions. The wait can be long sometimes yes, but I always add extra time for it personally, so the wait never bothers me. If I need to be quick I use the order window. And I believe they have an order ahead option. If you’re reading my review be patient with the people here. I can tell they’re doing their best.
