  Every time I come here there is a issue. They are out of something or everything. The store tonight was packed out. I waiting a hour to let ppl leave and I went in to be yelled saying online orders only. .. I am so over this place. It used to be amazing with great service and food. Now they ride and would rather u leave then serve u.

  This was the best Chipotle ive ever had. The portions were incredible and the food was so good. The rice was cooked to perfection.

  Tried the new honey something chicken. Tasted fine... asked for a little sour cream... received an "abundance" of sour cream. The staff did not ask if we were dining in or "to go". Simply bagged everyone's food. (Ate inside). Upon departing, noticed zero trays near the garbage can.. where you might typically but a tray. As a shareholder, I wondered if they don't use trays... the dishwasher was broken or they simply opted to give everyone a bag (which costs something g) so there was less work to do. Perhaps I'm simply not aware of trays no longer part of the business model. Maybe Qdoba is a better managed business.

  Where do I even begin? Everything about our experience was horrible. From the moment we walked in, the windows were filthy, covered in fingerprints and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months if not longer. There was also an abundance of trash outside the back of the restaurant, and the whole place looked like an absolute dump. The service felt rushed, and the food looked like it was just thrown together. To make it worse, I had already paid and was then charged an extra $3 for the tiniest scoop of guacamole on my burrito, a complete rip-off. I don’t typically write negative reviews, but this was definitely warranted. I will not be back and will spend my money at Qdoba. Chipotle, I’m really disappointed. I expect better quality, better service, and more reasonable portions than what I experienced.

  Food is good. Most of the time they get the proportions right. Service is often lacking and never have I been given a smile. Even after working 16 hour shifts and I look forward to a burrito, I arrive more than an hour before closing and am told “online orders only”. I’m not sure whose policy it is but I warned others that were on their way in “online orders only”. Like me, they turned around and went somewhere else.
