  Location is horrible after 5Pm They only serve online orders I know that’s not right losing so many customers cause we can’t walk in this is ridiculous & a disgrace a waste of space in the area shut down everybody is rude Corporate need to take action asap

  DAMON NEEDS TO BE LET GO AND FIRED!!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!! I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The first red flag was pulling up to the restaurant around 6:00 p.m. and seeing a sign stating that they were only accepting online orders, even though the restaurant doesn’t close until 11:00 p.m. That was already frustrating and gave the impression that something wasn’t being managed well. We placed our order through DoorDash, but when we received our food, the portions were unacceptable. There was barely any meat, the bowls were mostly sauce, and the quality was nowhere near what you would expect from Chipotle. We politely brought the issue to the attention of the manager, Damon (tall black man with long dreds), hoping for a simple solution. Instead, he was combative, dismissive, and argumentative from the start. Rather than listening or trying to make things right, he repeatedly stated that he wasn’t going to remake anything and even told us that we should know what we ordered. That response was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Another employee, Mariah, was present during the interaction but did nothing to help resolve the situation or de-escalate the conversation. The overall impression was that neither of them wanted to be at work that day. I understand that restaurants can be short-staffed or dealing with unexpected challenges, but that’s never an excuse for poor customer service or disrespecting customers. A manager represents the business, and Damon failed to demonstrate the professionalism, leadership, or accountability that should come with that role. I ultimately contacted Chipotle Guest Relations and was able to receive a refund and credits through DoorDash, but that doesn’t change how poorly this situation was handled. I sincerely hope Chipotle addresses the management and customer service issues at this location because no customer should be treated this way.

  Very rude staff, the girl had an attitude after serving portions under standards, manager was rude and unhelpful after comment on it. Gave us burnt chicken which was not edible. Definitely will not return here .
